PawChum Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Area
Currently, PawChum only ships within the United States (excluding U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at pygroup@puyinpet.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, delays or lost packages can occur. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us, and our team will assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
